l Overall management of India Key Account Management (KAM) Team.
l Overall responsibility of business development & performance in India
l Achieve & maintain accounts performance e.g. gross margin, turnover growth, account receivables etc.
l In charge of sales planning & budgeting
l Identify customers
l Build up national KAM team + be in charge of local recruiting
l Set targets for KAM team members in different location different market segment, support and supervise them achieve the target.
l Formulation and direction of local sales and marketing strategy in Indian market
l Masters degree in Business Administration, Master of Science (technical, business) or other relevant degree
l A demonstrated senior professional with strategic business management skills gained in a multinational environment, P&L responsibility
l At least 10 years experience in a senior managerial role in the consumer goods industry
l A proven track record in sales & project management
l Strong can do personality
l Determined person with excellent business acumen
l Able to build and maintain client relationships
l Language skills: fluency in English is required. Ability to speak Hindi or other local languages is an advantage
l Able to work under pressure with diverse interest groups
l Excellent communication and presentation skills
l As Sales Director experienced working in cross cultural account team
l Direct & motivating leader with high integrity
l Excellent knowledge of consumer goods companies (especially consumer electronics)
l Familiar with Indian market
l Analytical and quick thinker
l Packaging knowledge is a major benefit
